I checked out your Decent Women’s Club. I think you need more info there. Is the definition of a Decent Woman simply that she likes Dull Men? I don’t think so.
I think Decent Women have their own type of predictability or dullness, if you will.
For example, one way to tell that you’re dealing with a decent woman is that she will always have tissues or a handkerchief in her purse. She’ll also have an emery board and probably a box of aspirin as well.

And if the woman is truly decent, she’d let a dull man borrow a tissue or asperin or use the emery board (I doubt he’d ask to use the handkerchief).
It’s easy to see that the stuff in the picture belongs to a woman, not to a dull man. The stuff would be in neat rows if it belonged to a dull man.
Sincerely (dull men are always sincere, mostly),
Readers may be interested in a restrained sort of way in noting that the correct spelling is aspirin, which is also an acronym for ‘Australian Stock Price Riskless Index Note’. Isn’t that fascinating?
