Paint Choices

Congressmen will be choosing from paint choices in this picture for their new offices — casting what The Washington Post [source of picture] calls a “Bland Ballot” for colors ranging “from dull to flat-our drab.”

The article mentions an office only a dull man would appreciate. It’s office number 515 in the Canon Building. It has one window. The window looks out over rooftop air condition units. And some of the building’s elevators don’t stop at the fifth floor.
