A delightful article indeed. I was on the edge of my chair reading the various views about the recommended length of the nap. I gather the consensus is 20 minutes. Longer than that risks falling into a deep sleep. Deep sleep can lead to grogginess when you wake up.
I like the clever idea of drinking coffee just before taking the nap. Coffee takes about 20 minutes to kick in and wake you up.
