“Fields” calendar: dull men will enjoy this 3 Good time to buy it — it’s now 40% off. Thanks to Andy Oxley for informing us out this 28 December 2014 Share:
For a short time each year some fields can be quite exciting – oilseed rape fields – such a nice colour. But most fields are more suitable – barley, wheat, rye, occasionally oats. For slight variety there are those for vegetables, such as potatoes, peas, Brussels sprouts and so on. Those growing grapes or hops, for example, can raise a buzz of excitement from time to time.
But playing fields are in a different category – far too dull, in my humble opinion.
However, meadows are in a different league altogether – they are often either wet or dry, quite an exciting change to note during the different seasons.

Fields indeed can be exciting . . . at least for dull men . . . “Safe Excitement” is how we like to describe this
