Because the Isle of Wight’s Seaview Wildlife Encounter park is closing, Dippy, the park’s senior penguin, is moving to Norfolk’s Great Yarmouth Sea Life Center.
Dippy is 20 years old. X-rays taken recently revealed arthritis in both hips. But this does not affect his swimming.
Dippy is happy with the move. There’s an access ramp to the pool at Yarmouth. He can waddle instead of having to hop into the water.
