Dear DMC,
For any seeker after dull travel two things are essential: don’t fly United and don’t go anywhere near Chicago O’Hare.
Troubles getting from London to NC too terrible to describe.
Anyway, useful information obtained that (almost) made the experience worthwhile: the carousels at both Terminal A at O’Hare and at Greensboro NC are anti-clockwise.

Sorry to here of the troubles but, as you say, it was worth it.
Great picture. Travelers standing there patiently watching for their bags. One interesting things is that few if any of there are staring at a handheld device. That’s unusla compate
