The festival, which began in 2003, is an event held each year to recognize owls and humans who have done great things to make the world a better place for owls.There are three World Owl Hall of Fame awards: Lady Gra’l Award, which is for owls; Champion of Owls Award, which is for humans; Special Achievement Award, also for humans.
There’s a Hooting Contest for kids.
