29th Annual Interstate Mullet Toss — held on the Florida-Alabama border
The Interstate Mullet Toss & Gulf Coast’s Greatest Beach Party has become one of the biggest beach parties on the Florida coast.
Contestants throw mullets over the state line of Florida and Alabama to see which mullet flies the farthest.
Hotel bookings are made months, sometimes years, in advance.
