European Tree of the Year announced — it’s the “Oak Dunin” in Poland

400 year old tree on the edge of the Bialowieza Primeval Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the southwest corner of Poland on the border with Belarus. It has been admired by locals as well as tourists for centuries.
