Note to readers outside of the UK: in addition to being a waterproof jacket with a hood, “anorak” also is a British term for a studious or obsessive person with unfashionable and largely solitary interests.
In the UK, starting with 2018, we began presenting the Anorak of Year award. In the USA and elsewhere outside the UK, starting with 2021, we began presenting the DMC Person of the Year award.
