Bob and Ray’s famous radio routine “Mary Backstayge, noble wife” featured a series of episodes in which Mary, her husband Harry, and several others established an early fast-food establishment called the “House of Toast.” If it were real, it would properly be filled to bursting with Dull Men like me.
