I must admit that I sometimes feel sleepy after a meeting. Now I know that this is due to the heroic amount of energy I expend in sitting down for minutes at a time.
This could have serious consequences for Dull Men’s meetings. I’m not sure what the answer is, but biscuits may be a good idea. (Biscuits are usually a good idea.)

Interesting information. Until now, we didn’t realize the large amounts of calories burned by sweeping, vacuuming, sitting in a meeting, kneeling to pray, knitting and sewing, and even standing at a gambling table at a casino.
