Oregon’s governor declares 9 August “Boring and Dull Day”
to be celebrated all across the state every year
This significant declaration was made on the first anniversary of the twinning of Boring, Oregon with Dull, Scotland.
Boring will be celebrating with an ice cream social. Also bagpipes.
